Privacy and data governance

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mobiup handles data submitted by visitors to this website and processed during interactions with the Mobiup Advisor.

Last updatedAugust 7, 2026

1. Who processes the data

Mobiup is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website for contact, initial framing, business relationships, security, and digital-experience improvement purposes.

Questions, requests, or privacy-related inquiries may be submitted through the contact form available on the website.

2. Data we may collect

Through the public form, we may collect name, business email, company, role, stated value, operating context, language, source page, consent, and technical records required to confirm delivery. In the Mobiup Advisor handoff, minimum collection is first name, business email, company, and role.

Messages sent to Mobiup Advisor are processed during the session to generate framing responses. When the visitor expressly authorizes handoff, Mobiup records the sanitized conversation summary and transcript with the lead and sends them to the commercial team. Without that consent, the conversation is not incorporated into a commercial record.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Data is used only for purposes compatible with the requested interaction. Consent supports the commercial handoff; legitimate interests may support security, abuse prevention and experience continuity; and legal obligations may require specific processing.

  • Respond to the inquiry and understand the business context presented.
  • Qualify the request and route it to the appropriate team.
  • Send communications related to the request submitted.
  • Protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain operational traceability.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Service providers and data sharing

Mobiup does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers strictly required to operate the website, including hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery through Resend, and language processing by OpenAI for the Mobiup Advisor.

Contact fields collected by the Advisor — first name, business email, company, and role — remain in the server-side handoff flow and are not sent to the model. Before each conversational request, detectable personal and sensitive data is blocked or replaced. Visitors must not enter national identifiers, payment-card data, passwords, banking data, health data, third-party data, or confidential information in the chat.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses strictly necessary technologies for security, sessions, abuse prevention, privacy-choice records, and continuity of requested functions. Analytics is optional and is loaded only after affirmative consent.

Visitors may reject optional resources on the first visit and change the choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Categories, purposes, and duration are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Transcripts associated with a consented lead are retained as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, preserve a legitimate business history, meet applicable obligations, and defend legal rights. Technical session and abuse-prevention controls contain neither the conversation nor the raw IP and are retained only for the operational security cycle. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized under Mobiup’s internal procedures.

7. Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, restriction, deletion, information about sharing, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent.

Mobiup may request additional information to verify the requester’s identity and protect data from unauthorized access.

8. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the visitor’s country. In such cases, Mobiup seeks to use providers with contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the protection of information.

9. Security

Mobiup applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to the context, including input validation, access controls, credential separation, abuse protection, and delivery-status monitoring. No digital environment, however, can be considered entirely risk-free.

10. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable law. The date of the current version will always be displayed on this page.

This text describes the website’s current operation and should be reviewed periodically by Mobiup’s legal counsel and privacy owner.
