PLATFORM
Mobiup's value-settlement infrastructure layer connects legacy systems, data, identity, money and evidence. Adopt the module that releases value now and expand without starting over.
Layered architecture
Business infrastructures use Mobiup Infra modules; modules apply identity, policy, events and evidence; rails evolve without forcing the business to start over.

Business infrastructures consume the modules; modules abstract the rails. Blockchain is one of the rails — a means, not the end.
Platform modules
Each module solves one class of problem and shares the same identity, events, audit and observability foundation.
Assets, rights and obligations circulate without a common programmable registry — manual reconciliation, low portability and fragmented proof.
Issuance and lifecycle of blockchain-based assets, from economic thesis to operation, with a common registry and unified proof.
Intent, authorization and financial movement live in separate systems — risk moves to the gaps between decision and execution.
Settlement, treasury and rules orchestration across multiple rails — from Pix to blockchain-based assets — with legs that close together.
AI anticipates divergences, simulates positions and recommends the best settlement moment — without moving funds without defined authority.
Files, acquirers, banks and internal systems generate incompatible states — closing, cash and reporting are delayed.
Processing, routing, split/merge and divergence treated as an event, for layouts such as CNAB and ISO 20022.
AI classifies exceptions, identifies the probable cause and proposes treatment — with traceability and human approval in risk cases.
Legacy preserves essential rules, but point integrations multiply dependencies and the cost of change.
ERP, SAP, tax issuance and existing contracts integrated through events and data contracts — preserving what must continue.
Checkout, billing, recurring revenue, tax, ERP and access rights operate as separate integrations — conversion and control fall.
Checkout, subscription, billing, disbursement and end-to-end reconciliation, integrated with tax and ERP.
Common foundation
API and event contracts · Isolated multi-tenancy · Exportable audit trail · Observability · SSO · LGPD and BCB regulation by design.
How it is contracted
The recurring contract has three components: a paid initial engagement to define scope and gates; an annual subscription to the platform and enabled modules; and a component proportional to processed volume. Infrastructure starts with an economic decision and grows with the operation.
Scope, gates and integration defined during framing.
Platform and enabled modules under a recurring contract.
The annual commitment includes a volume allowance; excess volume is compensated per operation. Values are defined during framing, based on modules, volumes and integration scope.
FAQ
Consultancies deliver recommendations and projects. Mobiup delivers operating infrastructure: a platform contract, production modules and auditable evidence. The method exists to frame the decision; the platform exists to stay.
Providers operate one rail. Mobiup Infra is the layer that orchestrates the rails — Pix, cards, regulatory layouts and blockchain-based assets — with settlement, reconciliation and proof on the same audit trail.
Ledger, reconciliation and liability governance are critical capabilities, expensive to maintain and rarely business differentiators. Internal engineering creates more value on what is exclusively yours; the undifferentiated comes from the catalog, tested and auditable — with portability defined by contract.
MOBIUP ADVISOR
Mobiup Advisor organizes context, identifies where value is trapped and prepares the first framing before a conversation with the team.
